Refund and Exchange only possible if unboxing video is available.
Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for items that are visibly damaged or defective upon delivery.
Required for Returns
You must provide an unboxing video showing a 360° view of the package and its contents.
To Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at anthirajewellery@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Submit your unboxing video to help us evaluate the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
